You can pick up your badge and documents at the Marine Science Week Technical Secretariat located at the Auditorio Alfredo Kraus. Opening time: 15:00 – 19:00 hours.

Technical Secretaria opens for registration at 08:00 hours

Conference starts with the Welcome Ceremony at 09:00 am at the Sala Jerónimo Saavedra.

    (Online participants)
    • The official language of the Congress is english so the presentation should be in english
    • There will be 15 minutes for every oral communication (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions)
    • Each session will have a moderator who will control the timing of every speaker
    • Moderator will control the questions and comments of the attendees
    • Once your abstracts have been approved by the Scientific Committee, it is required that you send the presentation with a video format
    • The video must be in english
    • The Technical Secretariat will send you a link where you will be able to upload this video
    • The video should have a maximun of 12 minutes lenght
    • The video should be upload according to the deadline set above
    • Your video presentation will be played on the corresponding session and hall
    Posters
    • All posters will be in English
    • The Technical Secretariat will print all posters (this service in included on the registration fee, both for on site and online participants)
    • Posters will be organised according the topics on the times set by the Scientific Committee
    • The Technical Secretariat will place all posters according to the critirias given by the Scientific Committee
    • The posters authors will design them according to the following sizes: 0,90 m. wide - 1,40 m. high
    • In the case of on site participants, at least one of the authors must defend the poster at the time set by the Scientific Committee
